- Profiling: “If you don't know exactly who to look for, how will you ever find them.” LSA Recruitment professionals take the time to profile all roles using a position descriptions as a starting point. This profiling includes all aspects of the role and strategies; where to advertise and what associations and groups we will contact.
- Advertising: Not all roles received are advertised. Certain executive and technical roles require absolute confidentiality and therefore other search methods are utilised. However, when advertising is appropriate we take care to determine which media is best suited to the role and write ads specific to that particular role. We do not believe in a cookie-cutter approach to job ad development and placement – our clients are unique and therefore deserve a unique solution to their needs.
- Partnership Sourcing: LSA Recruitment is a national network and work closely to source the best candidates for their clients. In addition, our owner-managers understand the importance of strong relationships – within specialist industry sectors, with professional industry associations, with candidates (both passive and active) and with other agencies. Our goal is to provide you, the client, with the right candidate.
- Database Search: In addition to LSA Recruitment's extensive database, we also have access to database and networking companies such as Link Me and Linked In, providing access to thousands of potential candidates, many of whom may be passive job seekers who do not respond to job board advertisements but are very valuable candidates.
