Leanne Northcott - General Manager

Leanne is the General Manager of LSA Recruitment Pty Ltd.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) as well as post-graduate qualifications in Strategic Human Resource Management through the Australian Human Resources Institute, of which she is a member.  In addition to managing this division of the business, Leanne also assists franchisees with their day-to-day operations and undertakes some HR Consulting assignments for selected clients.  

Leanne’s recruitment philosophy is strongly influenced by her HRM background, driving a consultative and strategic approach that focuses on the long-term objectives of the company's clients.

Andrew Northcott - Major Shareholder / Managing Director

Andrew is the founder, major shareholder and Managing Director of Labour Solutions Australia Pty Ltd and LSA Recruitment Pty Ltd. Andrew has experience in the rural sector working for Australian Agricultural Company and various other companies around the Roma region and has also gained invaluable people / project management experience throughout his previous endeavours in the Property and Construction sector.  Andrew is a member of the API.   

Andrew’s strengths and focus are in business strategy and direction, financial structuring and marketing of which these talents have been instrumental in developing the business to achieve these great heights of success we see today.

Outside the parameters of work Andrew is a past national yacht racing champion of which he still races competitively today and due to his experiences in the rural sector he shares a passion for horse sports and is involved with the LSA Recruitment Polo Team.
