My client is a Global Freight and Logistics Company who pride themselves on their high level of professionalism and client focussed operation. They currently have a vacancy in their 3PL operation where they are looking for a high calibre candidate to join their Distribution Team.

The role an office based Distribution Co-ordinator is a very client focussed role where you will be servicing a portfolio of clients ensuring their orders leave their premises on time every time!

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and prioritising client orders on a daily basis
  • Co-ordinating with the warehouse to ensure that clients orders are processed on time
  • Updating clients on order status
  • Processing monthly invoicing in a accurate and timely manner

The key criteria for this role is as follows:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to pick up tasks quickly
  • Essential you will consider yourself an A Grade Corporate Employee
  • Previous experience in a similar style of role is advantageous
  • Tertiary qualifications highly regarded

Salary $45,000 - $50,000 + Super
