My client is one of the most impressive Global Supply Chain and Logistics Companies in the Sydney Market today! They have offices all over the globe and pride themselves on their service levels and commitment to their high end clients.
This role is crucial to their business as it is servicing a major client that has just been acquired through a global tender process.
This Account Management role sits in the Distribution Team. It is a pivotal role and requires an individual to have sound distribution and / or 3PL background. What is 100% required is your ability to manage a high end client. You need to have been in a BSB role previously, managing customer’s expectations on a daily basis. You must be dedicated to your career as this role is a stepping stone to bigger and better things down the track.
On a daily basis you will be managing client expectations and ensuring agreed KPI's are met and exceeded. You will oversee the entire distribution process and step in where required and trouble shoot and be the point of contact for this account on a daily basis. This is a high volume challenging role and is pivotal to the success of the business.
The ideal candidate will have come from a distribution or 3PL background. You will be a highly professional individual with good communication skills and A GRADE presentation.
This is a rare and exciting role that will challenge and excite the right individual.
Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 + Super
