Business Process Manager - Freight Fowarding

Our client is a Global Freight Forwarder with offices spanning across the Globe. A forward thinking company that pride themselves on being a step ahead of the rest! This newly created role is designed for someone who has sound operational knowledge within Freight Forwarding as this position will be at the forefront of assessing the internal workings of this Branch and developing process improvements across all areas of the business.

Essentially you will be the driving force behind analysing every internal process and find solutions that better streamline those internal processes. You will then drive these changes through the management team, provide training to employees and produce training manuals to support those changes.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Understand and demonstrate the ability to articulate the concepts and value proposition of process management
• Act as a liaison between business and IT on local systems initiative requirements
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops with the appropriate stakeholders to define requirements and identify issues

The experience and expertise required for this unique role are as follows:

• Ideally , Bachelors Degree Qualified (not essential)
• Minimum of 4 Years Industry related operational experience
• Information Systems interest and / or experience
• Ability to develop and deliver Process Management training
• Ability to define, develop and document Business Processes
• Effective interpersonal skills - Ability to relate to employees at all levels
