CLIENT LIAISON OFFICER | SOFTWARE ORGANISATION

Our client is revolutionising the way that International Logistics operate. Their business model aims to centralise the payment and document handling process to all organisations in the field. Their software is dynamic and in high demand as they fully understand all logistical needs and individual organisations that they work with.

Due to a very successful and unique position in the market, they have grown immensely since their establishment in 2002 and will keep up the strong growth pattern for the future. 

Due to this growth, they now have a position available in their Customer Support division to assist with client queries and customer support. As well as this you will be responsible for:

• Providing Technical assistance to clients
• Recommending relevant software packages to customers
• Answering emails and phone calls
• Provide friendly assistance to any request

The working environment is very friendly and supportive. This organisation has great training provided as well as being fast-paced.

In order to be successful you will need to be a switched on individual who has a great attitude and desire to learn about the Logistics Industry. Shortlisted applicants will also demonstrate excellent communication skills and be  able to work in a team environment.
