Client Services - Freight Forwarding

My client is a very successful Freight Forwarder within the Sydney Market, they have been operational for over 10 years and have a very loyal client base and one they intend to hold onto for years to come. Their point of difference are the service levels they give to their clients, hence they are looking for a highly pro-active and dedicated individual to join their team!

As Client Services you will be looking after their Top 10 accounts from start to finish from purchase order acceptance right through to import operations, delivery and invoicing. You control the whole import process!!!

The successful candidate will have Freight Forwarding experience with exposure, at a customer service or operational level, to all of the Air, Sea and Road transport process and must be able to problem solve and think quickly and laterally in order to provide effective operational solutions to clients and manage exceptions effectively.

You will also possess:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have an eye for detail.
• Must be able to relate to people at all levels both internally and externally.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be honest and able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.
• Must be organised with strong time management skills.

Salary Range: $50 - 55K + Super
