My client is a highly successful Australian Owned Freight Forwarder, Customs Brokerage and 3PL organisation. They have a solid business that is growing even in these economic times and it is because of their state of the art IT systems and their high end customer service that they provide to their loyal client base that keeps more clients flowing through their doors.
This Customer Service Supervisors position has come about due to growth in the business. This role is supervising, leading and managing a team of 3 customer service representatives and your responsibilities will be to take this team to the next level. Your primary responsibilities will be:
This customer service team services their clients from a purchase order management perspective. They manage their clients liaising with overseas suppliers, co-ordinating the upload of freight with overseas offices, liaising and keeping clients up to date at all times as well as producing required reporting.
The successful candidate will have been in a Senior Customer Service / Supervisor role and have the ability to manage a team. You will also have knowledge of Air and Sea freight operations.

Salary $70,000 - $75,000 + Super
