Experienced Surveyors - Central Qld

My client is a global consultancy who provide solutions in resources, energy, infrastructure, environment and urban growth.  Being a global organisation they have a workforce of more than 4000 employee’s across a number of offices throughout the world.  They are currently seeking experienced Surveyors for permanent positions located in Central Queensland offering a flexible, vibrant and supportive work environment.

You will be required to work on Engineering, Construction and Mining projects where you will interact with clients and also supervise junior staff.  You will get involved in:

• Fieldwork
• Calculations
• Data reduction & manipulation
• Management of digital data for whole of project
• Preparation of survey plans

The role offers a variety of work and is not limited to the above.  To be considered for this position you will have:

• A degree in Surveying (and Spatial Sciences but not essential)
• Eligibility for registration with the Surveyors Board of QLD (essential)
• Knowledge of surveying equipment specifically total stations to include robotic instruments and GNSS
• A working knowledge of AutoCAD 12D and CivilCAD or similar
• A manual Drivers Licence (essential)
