This Global Supplier of International Freight, Customs and 3PL Services is looking for an Experienced Export Ocean Freight Co-ordinator. In this position you will be responsible for all export sea freight processes including documentation, liaising with clients and provide impeccable customer service to your clients.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process all appropriate export documentation,
• Liaise with shipping lines, cartage companies and clients,
• Take bookings and make amendments when necessary,
• Produce EDN’s/PRAs whilst ensuring all rates are kept to up date. 
• Forwarding Instructions to shipping lines and co-loaders
• Complete documentation and invoicing
• Chase Suppliers for Export Orders
• Update overseas office with Status of Export Orders
• Assist in general tasks as required

KEY ATTRIBUTES

• A minimum of 2 years experience in Forwarding Export Ocean Freight Operations
• Strong Customer Service Orientation
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Sound IT skills
• Good ability to build relationships both internally and externally
• A team player commitment, be self motivated, loyal, flexible & hands-on
• A strong desire to help the company be the market leader
