Export Operations - Great Small Company!

My client is a highly successful small International Freight Forwarder with a great team environment based in Alexandria. They pride themselves on their loyal client base and customer service they give to these clients.

Their vacancy is for an Export Co-ordinator who will look after both Air and Sea Freight shipments, 90% Seafreight and co-ordinating 2 x consolidations per week.

Your daily duties will include:

 Receive and process export bookings.

 Process FCL , LCL, FAK and Air export  shipments and issue paperwork accordingly

 Maintain relationships with client base

 Assist in the preparation of export shipment quotations as requested.

 Assist in the promotion of export services as requested.

 Review and complete export job files, including suppliers invoices

 Ensure Maximum profit achieved on all transactions

They are essentially looking for a great team player who will fit well into their small team. You will also possess an International Freight Forwarding background – preferably within an export role but not essential.

Salary: Depends on previous experience
