Food Technologist, Product Development

Reporting to the NPD Manager, you will develop new products from brief to launch. It will include ingredients and information sourcing, formulation development, lab and factory trials, and scaling up. You will also work on improving existing products. 

To excel in this role, you will utilise your degree in Food Science and/or Food Technology, very good knowledge of FSANZ and other food regulations and standards and you also have previous experience in a similar role.
