My client is a Global Supply Chain, Company who is willing to train an individual who is bright and is wanting to have a career now and in the future. This is a fantastic role for someone who has had 2 years employment within an Office BAsed environment. There are 2 parts to this position. One part is working 3 days per week at one of their clients premises which is near Prestons, the other 2 days will be in-house working in their Offices at Mascot. It is essential for this role that you can work at both of these locations. Prestons/ 3 Days - You will be working at their clients premises ensuring that all imported cargo arrives to the clients premises within agreed SLA timeframes, updating their internal databases at all times with shipment status updates. The role also requires you to produce Export Documentation as per cargo specifications. Mascot / 2 Days - You will be at Head Office in the Customer Service Team providing administrative support to one of their Key Account Managers. This role would suit an individual who has had a minimum of 2 years Office Based Skills and exposure to Microsoft Office. You must have clear and concise communication skills and strong Administration Skills are essential. You will also be a individual who can think on their feet and work well in a busy environment. The key requirements are as follows:
