INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN

LSA Recruitment is one of Australia's leading Agribusiness recruitment organisations with an extensive network of rural operations throughout Australia. Our client is a renowned corporate cotton company which is looking to employ an experienced PLC qualified electrician.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of sophisticated industrial PLC's in several cotton processing plants (gins) located throughout NSW & QLD.  With a vehicle to use and an attractive salary this is a position that should not be overlooked by competent, licenced and experienced tradesmen.

You will have the following essential qualifications:

• Current Electrical Licence
• Industrial electrical experience with PLC knowledge and experience
• Current unencumbered ordinary drivers licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Understanding of OH&S requirements
• People management skills.

In addition preferably you will have:

• SAP Plant maintenance module knowledge
• Ginning experiene
• Experience with motor control centres, relay logic and burner controls.

• Willing to travel
• A team orientated person.

The successful candidate will interact with the gin and regional management in relation to issues such as OH&S, budgeting, in relation to the installation and repairs of all electrical components of the operation, upgrading and implementation of innovative advancements in the ginning process.
