My client is a boutique agency based in Brisbane's CBD. Due to their strong track record in providing superior client services within the Permanent and Contract IT Recruitment space, they are seeking to appoint an additional Recruitment Consultant to their highly successful team.

This role would suit someone who has been working in an IT recruitment role and would like to join an agency where recruitment is about relationships, repeat business, doing the right thing by clients and not so much about hitting pointless KPI targets. Perhaps you are a consultant within another sector and would like to learn IT recruitment -with an experienced team, weekly training sessions and all the support you could ever need it certainly is possible to make the transition.

You will need to be a sales focussed recruiter - someone who loves being out speaking to clients, building strong relationships and getting to know the client's businesses inside out. You will have excellent administrative support - in fact, the ratio of admin to recruiters in this agency is 2 administrators per consultant. There is literally only one form that recruiters are required to complete; the rest is done for you so that you can do what you are good at - Recruiting!
