Lead Process Engineer

Due to an expanding and impressive project portfolio, my client now has a vacancy for a Lead Process Engineer.  You will join an innovative and leading Engineering Consultancy who offer a fantastic working environment and have a reputation for providing EPCM services which are second to none both nationally and internationally.

This role is centrally located in Brisbane and will see you utilising your exceptional design experience which you have gained working with base and precious metals like gold, silver, copper and nickel. The projects are varied and located both within Australia and in different international locations.  Some travel may be required from time to time.  Duties of this role will include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of process design, operating cost estimates, studies, metallurgical testwork, commissioning activities
• Select process equipment
• Prepare study documents
• Review design
• Provide specialist advice where necessary
• Assist with business development

You will be qualified with a degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering, have at least 8 years of experience and also be able to demonstrate that you have lead a team of Process Engineers in the past.
