Job Description

This is a newly created role that offers a broad scope for development. 

Reporting to the General Manager, the primary objectives of this autonomous role will be to provide operational and bookkeeping support to the professional recruitment division of the Group.  This position is suited to a person who enjoys a diverse role, is naturally enthusiastic and can demonstrate a sound track record in bookkeeping and office management. 

The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with remote users is also critical to the success of this role.

Key requirements and experience include:

  • Previous bookkeeping experience (minimum 5 years)
  • High level interpersonal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to learn new bookkeeping software and problem solve user queries 
  • Proactive and energetic nature

This is a permanent part-time role, approx 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.  Some flexibility in hours is available.
