OPERATIONS SUPPORT OFFICER | AIR FREIGHT EXPORTS | GREAT COMPANY

We are currently working on a great opportunity for someone who is keen to launch or develop their career in AIR FREIGHT OPERATIONS. This company is centralised and well known through out the industry for their high level of service and their transparent operating style.

This particular role has only become available through the last team member being promoted. They are looking for someone who is a quick learner, can work autonomously and will be a dedicated employee with a long term vision.

Your particular responsibilities will include:

• Attend to customer enquires via email, fax and phone
• Provide support to the Operations Manager
• Liaise with all different levels of the Supply Chain process to achieve the best results for clients and company
• Ensure the internal data base is up to date and assist with general admin duties

As well as having exceptional communication skills, the successful candidate will have minimum exposure to the Logistics Industry.
