QA Manager, Food Industry

Reporting to the Technical Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • GMP and HACCP compliance
  • Updating and maintaining quality systems
  • Internal and external audits
  • Troubleshooting and advising management on the best solutions
  • Investigating non-conformances, implementing corrective actions
  • Leading and mentoring your staff 
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track in a HACCP accredited facility in a QA position. You have also been actively involved in external audits and ideally, have lead a small QA team. A strong, hands-on microbiology background is a must. In addition, you hold a degree in Food Science or Technology and you understand commercial implications of QA decisions.
