Regional Account Manager - Supply Chain

My client is a Global Logistics Company who pride themselves on being a solution based organisation employing over 10,000 people in over 200 office locations. Their core values are to exceed the customers expectations at all levels at all times!

This role is vital as you will be managing one of their global customers for the Australia, New Zealand and Asia region. This role is based in Sydney however you will be required to travel to key destinations as required.

The ideal applicant requires a strong supply chain background preferrably in manufacturing and inventory management as your key objectives are to implement strategies to assist your customer in attaining their corporate growth and efficiency objectives. You will be required to drive the implementation of programs to improve supply chain capabilities and increase company revenues and profitability through providing enhanced value added services to your client.

Your number 1 objective is to understand all aspects of your clients business needs and continually provide solutions through maintaining a business process strategy which will be reviewed at quarterly business reviews.

The role requires an individual who has come from a Supply Chain background, who has had exposure to the International Supply Chain. Your exceptional communication skills and ability  to manage this demanding high profile client will gain you this rewarding and challenging position. The applicant must have experience in dealing with senior management, be an effective negotiator and facilitator.
