Our client is a Global International Logistics Organisation that pride themselves on their superior service levels to their growing client base. They have a highly dedicated and successful Sales Team that require a pro-active and efficient Sales Support Co-ordinator to join their team to provide a high level of support to ensure continued success.

This role would suit an energetic individual who has experience in International Logistics and who has drive and passion plus exceptional MS Office skills. This is a busy yet rewarding role.

In this exciting and challenging role your duties will include:

  • Supporting sales and account management team
  • Preparing quotes and costings
  • Assisting with proposals and tenders
  • Liaison with overseas offices and customers daily
  • General assistance for Sales Manager on reporting and projects

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

  • Administrative or Operational experience in the Freight Forwarding industry
  • Knowledge of International Trading Terms ie FOB, CIF etc....
  • Min - Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
  • Pro-active individual who enjoys a busy role
