My client has a fantastic opportunity available for a smart, competent and efficient Senior Customer Service Representative within the Sydney Market.
Due to growth and succession planning, my client is sourcing an individual who can support the Customer Service Manager and provide knowledge and guidance to the rest of the Customer Service team in addition to their daily Customer Service duties. In this busy yet rewarding role you will be looking after a portfolio of clients who utilise their International Freight, Customs and 3PL Services.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Customer Service related role in a related industry. In addition you will be a born leader, approachable, level headed and able to step up to the plate and take on extra duties as required. You will be familiar with achieving set KPI’s and will conduct yourself in a highly professional manner when visiting clients and when working with your peers. Intermediate Excel skills are also essential.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who has been in a Customer Service / Operational role within the service industry. Individuals who come from a Freight Forwarding and the wider International Supply Chain industry will have a distinct advantage.

Salary: $65,000 + Super (pending experience)
