Their Moree office is set to become the driving force behind the push into providing accounting services for large corporate agricultural businesses. A unique knowledge of the agricultural industry over the past 30 years and the management accounting systems that have been developed provide the vehicle to make a real difference for their clients.

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Accountant who wishes to be involved in a lot more than just the numbers of the business.

Success Factors;

• Excellent technical knowledge, and member of a focus group/staff specialist (i.e. tax, management acting, Phoenix, etc.)  
• Role model to cadet, helping them to assimilate to workforce.
• Developing client relationships - aim to be first point of contact.
• Ability to work self directed, from planning of job to completion. Knowing when to ask for Manager or Associate Director or Director Opinion on matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree qualified
• Undertaking CA/CPA post - graduate
• Industry experience - at least 3-5 years
• Role model to team
• Understand firm culture and firm brand
• Ability to spot issues within office that need to be resolved
• Accountancy skills
• Computer skills, MS Office, XPA, APS, specialist in a source program (Bank link Phoenix MYOB)
