The Role

This is a new position which has been created due to our increased national growth. 

Primarily you will take responsibility for the effective and efficient running of the administration function for both companies in addition to providing key support to two Directors.  You can expect the variation of your daily tasks to be motivating and keep you busy throughout the day.  These would include but not be limited to: 

  • Support to Directors of the companies
  • Management of all general office requirements
  • Response to user queries and training relating to internal recruitment software
  • Understanding the payroll management function to provide backup during annual leave, etc
  • Preparation of correspondence and submission
  • Collation of internal KPIs
  • Reporting
  • Assisting with some bookkeeping tasks
  • Debtor Relationship Management
  • Liaison with intra and interstate Business Partners
  • Arrangement of functions and annual conference
  • External consultant management

The Person

If you enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment, are determined, solution-driven and can work autonomously, then this is the ideal role for you. 

Although an ability to quickly become proficient in the use of new software, strong technical skills in MS Office and MYOB are essential requirements for this role, your communication skills and the ability to proactively anticipate the needs of the business are of greater importance and will determine the successful candidate.
