LSA Recruitment is currently recruiting store managers who possess drive, determination and a desire to service customers. In this position you will have the ability to grow in an enterprise where you will be rewarded for your efforts.
The primary objectives of these position are:
You will be required to be a 'hands on manager', serving customers thus a good commercial understanding of rural merchandise and cropping supplies is required.
As part of your role as Store Manager you will follow up all sales leads generated at the store. You will, and ensure that your team adheres to all company OH&S rules to ensure safety at all times. You will be a leader of staff and give direction to all staff in the store.
The Store Manager will be required to develop and maintain a close working relationship with;
Staff management experience
In addition to a salary package up to circa $100,000, based on experience and expertise, there is potential for further allowances and incentives based. These will be based on performance and meeting KPI's and will be discussed with the Managing Director at the time of interview.
