My client, based in Alexandria is a Supply Chain Solutions Organisation. What does this mean? They provide outsourced warehousing, inventory management and distribution solutions to their clients!

This role for Team Leader is supervising 2 Sales Support employees providing them with guidance and training as required. You will also be the principle contact for one of their major accounts and will handle any escalations and provide the highest level of customer service to this key client. In addition you will utilise your superior MS Office skills to collate reports on a weekly basis.

To be successful in this role you MUST have a very nice phone manner with clear communication skills. You will have had experience in working with clients in a previous role and have excellent time management and computer skills. Ideally you will have supervised or trained previous employees in your previous employment.

Salary $50,000 - $55,000 + Super
