Our client is a corporate cotton grower and processor in the North West of NSW and rural QLD.  With good rainfall and all water storages full there is an expectation that the cotton production will be at an all time high in Australia for the future.

There is a severe shortage of trained cotton processors (ginners) and experienced ginners throughout the world.  This is a fantastic opportunity to obtain those skills and, therefore, command long term careers in the cotton industry.

If you have a trade background in mechanical, welding, electrical or fabrication trades then this could be a job for you.  You will be required to supervise some staff in the role, another great opportunity to develop management skills.

The successful candidate will interact with corporate management in relation to issues such as OH&S, budgeting, in relation to the installation and repairs of all electrical components of the operation, upgrading and implementation of innovative advancements processes.
